First off, it is not just the liberals who think Dumbya is more responsible for the war than Saddam. Read this:

"Among those not affiliated with either major party, 52% name BUSH and 34% Hussein."

Secondly, even among the morons who voted for Dumbya, Saddam is gaining and Dumbya is falling! Now that takes some effort.
