They should, but they shouldnt have too. Lets admit it, everyone, myself included, and I believe the founders of this Country were looking at EMMINENT DOMAIN as a vehicle to accomplish a PUBLIC GOOD BY THE PUBLIC, not to raise tax bases, or even to eliminate eyesores. Generally for a UTILITARIAN purpose such as roads or utilities. It is supposed to be for the benefit OF ALL, but this Conn. situation is CLEARLY for the benefit of developers and local tax rolls. jdn
