I already posted proof Bush was guilty of insider trading and that the SEC called off any investigation after Bush lied and said he'd lost the crucial documents. His father was president and the SEC's boss at the time. All you can say is Bush was never charged, but why he was not charged is the same reason he got away with so many things in his life, because his last name is Bush and his parents protected him fiercely, much more so than black sheep screw-up Neil was protected.
