which found Iraq in "material breach" of prior resolutions, set up a new inspections regime, and warned once again of "serious consequences" if Iraq again failed to disarm. Yes it did, it found that Iraq was in material breach of the Cease Fire Agreement. That automatically allows the same force authorized in 1990 to remove SH from Kuwait. I even provided a copy of the resolution allowed the coalition to attack Iraq the first time. And of course you cannot read it.
