Bush wrecked the whole country, the environment and much of the planet

I've been out of the loop the last couple of days, I didn't hear about that. Got any details?

It's too bad people elected a man who doesn't care about polls- because really, he is supposed to be leading a "free" country, where citizens opinions matter (not that I expect him to realize that)- but it would have been nice if the electorate had focused more on that.

Nothing is going to help him in Iraq, because many of the people who supported his war believed that the Iraqis were somehow responsible for 9/11 (and finally they have figured out there really was no connection) and that Iraq posed a threat (and again they are realizing it didn't). Bush may like to believe that people support him in bringing peace and democracy to the world via war (so ironic), but the American people have never had much of a stomach for war, unless they believed they were protecting Mom, hot dogs, and apple pie- and in this case, I'd say the people have discovered that Mom, hot dogs and apple pie were not on the line. Too bad the realization comes so late, though.
