because events change and nothing remains as is

- because everyday i do not cover is a day i sold, and i am staying sold, and if i didn't already have a short position, i would start one now

- because the numbers you dug up indicates that there will be plenty of selling

- because "They have got to stick all that cash somewhere" had been the famous last yelp, before the inevitable -97% kaboom

- because the issue is not control of oil, which is an international market, but ridding of USD, which will not remain a market

- because 400 missiles or even 1 missile ala N.Korea is as thought-focusing as 10,000, and besides, at 1/10th the cost, coming up to 10k will not be a problem, and breaching 100k is even possible, especially when the world runs out of Unocal to buy, and the money becomes not as otherfoolish useful

- because, as events are going, the higher father does not seem to be listening, and so 250 million of necks of whatever colour are actually not relevant to the discussion

such is the nature of the journey to teotwawki.
