Liar. Clinton launched 300 cruie missiles at Al Qaida targets after those bombings and put together a CIA-Pakistani hit force which was going to sneak into Afghanistan and try to kill OBL. Once Bush came into power he called off the hit squad, got rid of Clinton-Clarke's 24-7 White Houe Al Qaida desk (which had twarted the Milennium LAX bombing) and told the FBI to lay off the Saudis. Bush never took any actions to avenge the USS Cole or the African bombings. He literally did nothing about terrorism until after 9-11. He even ignored the 8-6 warnings. After 9-11 Bush let all the top Saudis go without questioning.
