Is this the same Clarke who authorized flying the BinLaden families out of the US?

Bush knew Clinton didnt listen to Clarke, so Bush didn't either therefore Clinton is to blame for 9/11.

How's that for twisting facts? I should get me a diploma showing I can use liberal logic!
