Yes, the FBI is a bit more specific than Nostradamus on the threat and Chimp ignored it. He was on extended vacation while Al Qaida was acting out it's plan. That's called gross neglect of duty, a Chimp habit. If we can't blame the CIC for acting against such a threat, who can we blame?

Impeach the Chimp.

Should anyone in the US be blamed for 9-11 IMHO? Only fact the FBI and CIA wires weren't crossed. Come on. Heads should have fallen. Problem was, the heads were at the top.
