I thought the 76 stations were bought by Tesoro...

Anyway, by facilities I didn't mean retail, but the storage tanks and pipelines near San Lius Obispo (Avila beach) the terminals and fake islands just south of Santa Barbra, offshore platforms in the Santa Barbra Channel, former Texaco refinery at San Ardo (between King City and Paso Robles) etc.

Update -
I am wrong, the offshore platforms were sold to Neuvo in 1996.

Appears UCL has been deliberately reducing California assets to concentrate on Asia, GOM.
