Doesn't Jerry Fallwell have a copyright on the 10 Commandments? ;-)

Funny how these guys wouldn't mind if the Courts upheld punishment of flogging followed drawing and quartering for stem-cell researchers. Research which could save 100s of thousands of lives, cure things like Alzheimers, Diabetes, Parkinson's etc., etc.. But, they get upset if the courts try to make America a more pluralistic society with something as trivial as removing the display of the 10 commandments.

My own view is that although our society is becoming increasingly secular, it is reasonable to grandfather old displays on a historical basis even if it is questionable whether they are completely neutral and limit the stricter guidelines to new construction.
