It matters not whether you think Bush is evil, just an idiot, or both.

US polls show support for conflict waning

· Bush addresses nation as doubts grow that insurgency is weakening
· Study says 59% of Americans oppose war
· Plan to expand prisons

Imagine Tom Sneddon holding a "mock trial" of Michael Jackson. What good will that do in getting MJ convicted?

Isn't that what he did? Vetting your witnesses for graft is kind of critical to their credibility. Ask Leno.

Ted, Not when the dominate party is in the 'pocket' of the president.

It matters not whether you think Bush is evil, just an idiot, or both.

The point he is making is that the dominate party should be taking Bush to task for his hubris and mendacity and is not. It is truth speaking to power. Sometimes all one has is truth.
