Pravin, it uses the 1xx Opteron series, DC models in that series have not been released yet.

It uses the new Socket 939 1xx Opterons, and AMD doesn't yet list the single-core variety, let alone the DC variants (175, 170, 165).

Note that it is dual-core ready, so when those parts launch within a month or so, they'll be available.

No. I can't help postulating, though, if Galaxy's "public introduction" isn't somehow related.

AMD incremental revenue stream can only benefit, probably significantly.
