OK. You're taking the approach the courts have taken in this and the last century on the interpretation of that amendment. Legally, you've got lots of backing at this point. The law is on your side. My point is that that interpretation was a mistake. If a private enterprise wants your land that badly, they can make you a delicious offer you can't refuse or do without. Using the police powers of the state to force their way on you should not be allowed. That's what those dissenting judges said.
