Rehnquist isn't going to make any difference. He's already a right wing extremist - they'll just replace him with another. O'Connor and Kennedy are the ones that need to stay healthy! Kennedy is 85, older than Rehnquist.

Bush-Cheney should kill Rehnquist as the far right wants. After the Schiavo grandstanding, the rightwing got together and prayed for death to the judges. Delay called in and added his support. So long as they work him him as social terrorists and ballot box stuffers.
