Did i propose we bring in more troops? I dont think so.
Rumsfeld talked about the right balance of troops--not too many or it looks like occupation nor too few so as to make our troops vulnerable. He made it sound like a game.

You tell me. My belief is that the feds are doing all they can to mitigate against this possibility.
