Emotional and financial damage to my family and myself as I lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in AMD during those years. Yes I was up that much.

This is very personal for me.

I don't think it qualifies. AMD Corporation may win something, and if you are still a shareholder, you can benefit, but it is a bit of stretch to look for and compensate shareholders from the past.
