That is readily understandable. The sharks (sea-variety) got word from the sharks (land-variety) to lay off during the time of National Mourning. They were astonished to discover via their lawyer-sharks (land variety) that there were provisions in the Patriot Act that could deal with them very harshly, and they could be classed as Enemy Combatants. On advice from counsel, they respected the wishes of the land sharks...... See, there is a rational explanation for everything. Namaste! Jim
