The VA has received the largest increase under Bush it ever had, they spent much of the money on new consolidated facilities, I would imagin they are short on PEOPLE stuff, but that will cure itself as time goes on unless their budget is cut. There is only SO MUCH we can do at one time. Are you not the one crying about deficit spending? jdn
