Isn't it true that AMD has never lost a lawsuit with Intel?

So elmo, did you see the charts about Intel's and Dell's profit margins and the rest of the computer manufacturers...your opinion is a joke...how do you explain the lack of AMD computers in the business market...I bet Intel doesn't want AMD there because they would figure out that AMD is as good or better than Intel...where's your test to prove Intel is not a monopoly and taking bribery to a new level...charging ultra high prices and then offering rebates to those that cooperate with unrealistic rebate schemes is a crime...I'm sure standard oil didn't feel like a criminal either...

Intel has done nothing wrong.

Sorry, Intel has done lots wrong. JFTC has stated so and Intel accepted it. Besides in the larger view, they had the FDIV fiasco, the P3 1.13 mess up, the RDRAM wrong turn, the i820 screw ups and being dragged into copying AMD64. They have also lost court cases to AMD before as well. Yes, Ephud, Intel has done wrong.

Intel has not been determined to be a monopoly.

Sorry, Ephud, JFTC has already determined that Intel is a monopoly. Many other business commentators and analysts have stated this fact too.

No. Intel is extremely careful to always act withing the law.

Sorry, Intel has lost court cases proving that wasn't true. JFTC says otherwise and they are the final word in Japan. They got caught "red handed", so they couldn't have been careful to follow the law. Unless by the law you mean their own rules "Do it, but don't get caught!". Whoops, they broke that one too.

AMD is a whiner looking for excuses.

Not when you win court cases against Intel. Have you ever been the victim of a crime? Especially armed robbery, car jacking, attempted murder or battery? If you did, you have "whined" to the police. Only you didn't call it that then. Name calling is the last bastion of the guilty.
