There are one thousand troops today on a mission in Iraq. Of those one thousand 100 are Iraqi's..... That is some ratio.
To get that ratio higher, how long will it take.

We weren't on the ballot; they weren't voting for us, or for our presence. They aren't really pleased to have us there. Don't mix up voters with American supporters.
