Re: punitive damages- How shocking would it be if AMD did not ask for punitive damages? Seems like the case for direct harm is compelling and with triple damages already takes us well into 11 digits

As an AMD investor I would be perfectly happy with $20 billion and a court order that Intel offer consistent pricing across all customers.

There will be no summary judgement.

This one will slog thru the courts like the INGR case did.

That one started, IIRC, in ~'95 and ended last year.

By the time it was over INGR had lost the division they started the case to protect.

And got less then, IIRC, $1/2 B.
