"She set out purposely to destroy my reputation and my business, which she succeeded in doing" If one person, on the other side of the country, can do that then your "business" and your "reputation" must not have been very strong. You Americans have a great propensity to sue and what is the point here? You cannot unring a bell! Why not work on rebuilding your reputation and growing a thicker skin? You post that "I don't need to point out the egregious statements to you" and then go on to tell me "things are not always as they appear on the surface given a superficial scan of the situation"! If you refuse to provide background then what else is there? I defended myself and had a giggle at it. GE had two lawyers who lied and cheated, got caught and the case was dismissed. More of my opinions I have tried to "get off" on various other things but never jurisdiction. LOL
