The Army has civilian affairs people who do this sort of work and are working hard in Iraq.

And it's hard work they're working hard at. But let's not forget the Coast Guard. They also have hard work that they are working hard at.

Thank you for mentioning some of the unsung heroes of this generation that will probably never be adequately recognized for their contributions and personal sacrifices.
