That's the approach of the last few years. How has it worked? They'll be another 80 dead this month. What about next month? A change in approach is coming, of that I am quite certain. And how many have the insurgents lost in the last month? A lot more than that. Both sides have already changed approaches several times. What became of those large coordinated insurgent attacks of several months ago that betokened their increased "sophistication", according to the MSM? They got their heads handed to them, that's what happened. Now they are like the hedgehog, with only one trick, but a good one - the suicide bomb. This is not winning hearts and minds inside Iraq.
