There will always be a prosperity gap between worker and corporation. But for prosperity to survive, for the individual as well as the corporation, there must be the opportunity to produce, innovate, create, research, work and advance. Corporations should voluntarily contribute to communities through education grants and by giving what they can to improve conditions for citizens. I think (?) those kinds of provisions are built into trade agreements such as NAFTA and CAFTA?

The alternative is Socialism, with small, privileged groups (called "Elites") controlling society. In my world that is not an alternative but if the American people decide to chose that course through the electoral process, as a small business owner, I'd have to give up and quit producing. (and which party would suggest that we go down that road?) Of course that would more than likely put others out of work as I hire allot of subcontractors that support other small business's through purchases and hiring. The people of Germany chose the path of Social government years ago and are now paying the price, as are the French.

It is a miserable failure.

You'd have to back that assertion with statistics in order for me to comment.

They are completely stacked to benefit multi national corporations.
