I think that will also be an issue for the one moving to Smokey Point. Every time I've been through there the traffic is congested. I was recently in Federal Way and there is one going in there south of 320th. It's like a plague.

And now with this new court decision I bet Wal Mart will be a major beneficiary of the new eminent domain court decision the supreme court just made. Bad decision.
