I'm sure they already have a lot of evidence already lined up. They wouldn't file something like this without it. I suspect HP is okay with it, and I'm almost certain Acer is in AMD's camp.

Well, the formal witnesses in this case are the actual plaintiffs. AMD, the formal plaintiff, is a proxy for these. As those collusive games are usually played to assure there is plenty of evidence, witnesses and all for the claims. Probably everybody involved knows the game. Intel sure does, and will communicate it to the judge and jury if necessary.

I just thought there is a need for some counterbalance for all that populistic pathos in the PR-piece titled "Complaint". It's just business. Just to prevent from any misunderstanding: I am not at all condemning AMD for filing the complaint the way it did. Hector better is no choirboy competing with Intel. I wish him luck with it - if only for counterbalancing reasons.
