I don't know where higher future offers go, but I feel very let down by IDT's and NTOP's management and their BODs. To make an offer to buy, at what was until recently, only .14 cents above NTOP's all time low, is just blatently "screwing" its long term supporters and shareholders. It does not speak well for Jonas, or his prestigeous Board of Directors. Certainly it is not what I was led to believe; from direct talks with IDT and NTOP's management over the years, and is in direct conflict with Jonas' book, which I read many years ago.

I hope IDT will quickly rectify the current impressions and come out with a press release explaining. One that will explain why I am wrong in what I have posted here, and how I will be able to get more than just $1.70/share for my NTOP stock, (which I have held and supported for more than 7 years and have paid substantially higher for).
