I agree with you, now that the upside is capped, it is going to be dead money until they give me the cash, in the meantime, I might be missing other worthy opportunities ... if it stays at 30 cents, then I will wait for a little, is this a cash deal, or a stock deal ???

dude, this stock never cease to amaze me ...

whoever got this on Monday for 37 cents get screwed if the buyout does not go through ...
down to 27 cents now or 27% from the 37 cents level ...

I guess they are forcing me to hold until the buyout is complete ...
