Yes President Bush did make a good case tonight. In the first ten minutes of his speech he was eloquent and appeared to be speaking from the heart. You could tell that this was his speech, not something canned for him by a backroom speech writer. The rest was equally heartfelt, but he stuttered just a few times.

President Bush gave a great speech tonight.
