What's you counter explanation? re: Sure I can. I can use proper rhetoric to describe a situation, and point out the administration uses improper rhetoric because it suits their interests. There is no way that what is going on with the coalition today in Iraq should be described as a war, in any classical sense of the word "war". There is no war in Belfast, Aceh or Nepal; rather, their are guerillas that the governments of those regions are trying to either destroy or integrate into the social fabric. It's not war, regardless of the rhetoric used by the US government. And the media and the man on the street. Semantics isn't going to elect the next President. John
