Increase the jet size, wrap a heat exchanger coil around the flue to heat a small insulated "day" tank.

Either use an electric hot water heater element on a thermostat in the day tank to heat the oil between furnace cycles or just use biodiesel, but biodiesel would still require some heat in sub freezing weather to avoid gelling.

The use of electric heat goes against my grain, but if one is using a diesel generator on veggy I guess it wouldn't be so bad.

I'm headed to the cabin in canada next week where I have some old oil furnace pieces parts that I may experiment with later this summer/fall.
