Bush doesn't understand the war on terrorism. He thinks it's something you can win by invading whole countries and occupying them. Not true. That can even make things worse. Almost all counter-terrorist ops which are successful are carried out by small deep undercover special ops, CIA/FBI and law enforcement teams acting stealthily, with intrenational cooperation. Just what Kerry said during the campaign, and Bush-Cheney made fun of. Remind me of 2000 when Bush made fun of solar and wind energy. Or when Bush made fun of fuel efficiency and Cheney made fun of conservatiion.
