"outperform" must be a relative term. Outperform for whom?

The brokerage house?

The management who raped the previous shareholders?

What a world.

NEW YORK, August 3 (newratings.com) - Analysts at JP Morgan initiate coverage of Leap Wireless International (ticker: LEAP) with an "overweight" rating.

In a research note published this morning, the analysts mention that the company has acquired licenses for new markets, including San Diego, El Paso, Cincinnati and San Antonio, covering an additional population of 23 million. The analysts expect the new markets to accelerate Leap Wireless’ top-line growth from 10% in 1Q05 to 24% during 2007. The company is, however, likely to incur losses in 2006 due to spending on new markets, JP Morgan adds.
