When does being qualify as a human being and at what point or points is that being entitled to be considered part of human society.

The real question is how smart does an ape or dolphin have to be to get some respect around here. The only relevant question about a headless twin is whether the other twin which contained it, wanted it. As a side note was the fact that the decision was made by guardians, which is another relevant subject.

Note to self... I see no reason why we cannot recognise various stages of being from conception on to qualify as a human being, while dealing with the stages and potentialities with consideration of circumstance against the principles of inalienable rights.

Mike was headless, yet enabled to live longer and with more esteem than most of his kind.
