Eh?????? (Maybe 'Satan' is the one who runs all THEOCRACIES, you ever think of that? I'd say, from the available historical evidence, that he would have to at least take great personal interest in Theocracies! Kinda like his own pet projects, and a sort of sick joke on the world --- the type of sick joke he is reputedly so fond of....) Nope, it doesn't matter much what brand of religion is espoused by any particular group of murderous, torturing Dictators that is repressing freedoms, burning books and 'enemies', and slicing their way through society in a mad attempt to hold on to ever-greater power... Nope, Satan loves them all, I'm sure. (The 'false flag' recruitment is one of his favorites.) A greater perversion could scarcely be imagined....
