Noth Korea did not have nukes a few years ago. If they had, what was Bush doing ignoring them and concentrating on Iraq which had no nukes?

Do an internet search of reliable sources and you'll find the realization that NK has nukes only came about in the last 12 months. This is because Bush disengaged and at the same time threatened them.
