Liar. If NK had had nukes, they would have been busted. Under Clinton we had thorough video surveillance 24/7 on all NK nuclear facilities. We also had inspectors. Yes perhaps they had secret programs, but they still couldn't have fueled any nuke because the fuel was all on video bing monitored 24 hours a day. Only after Bush's stupid Axis Of Evil speech (meant to hoodwink cowed voters into supporting the attack on Iraq) did the North Koreans kick out the inspectors and tear down the surveillance cameras.
