Buddy... Seem to have no systemic bias towards balanced budgets, now do they? So tell me Buddy, what happens when we enter a recession? Tax revenues fall off and transfer payments increase. How are you going to balance a budget when these events occur? And, you(sic) support of constant deficit spending would seem to put you firmly on the side of an ever bigger government. Nope, I'm just pointing out that automatic stabilizers make the possibility of a balanced budget problematic. But hey, don't let me stop you from painting with your brush of generalization.
