Yep... two more 'measured' bumps up for Fed funds, then a freeze.

The worry now becomes asset inflation, particularly RE.

Much slowing of average national price gains over the past 1 year... while Australia and G.B. are already well into a price collapse from the previously overheated levels.

(Remember: RE in Japan is *still* down 40% in value... 15 years after their asset bubble popped.)
