July 31 is the termination date for the Apollo Jipangu deal to be signed unless there is mutual agreement to extension.

See the entire 13D filed after the 8 K.

IMO they will not wait till the last day to sign but they might to extend or terminate.

Clearing the air may help the stock even if the deal is terminated. A bad deal won't.

Did you read the 13D? Some of the additional actions that may or may not be taken were interesting.

I bought Apollo because I believed it was selling at a super discount due to it's auditors opinion that it lacked adequate financial controls. IMO this is a problem that can be fixed. Indeed the selling of the Nevada assets may make it easier to resolve the issue. Not sure as Montana Tunnels may contribute to the control issue.

Obviously not getting a good price for the Nevada assets will be a negative.

If you don't mind I am interested in why you, this_is_the_end, bought some AGT. Thanks
