Bush has failed to catch Bin Lauden four years after 9-11, and after promising us he'd catch him dead or alive.

Why are you blaming Clinton? He tried to kill OBL and all he knew OBL had done was two African embassy bombings. That's a lot but it's nothing close to 9-11.

Bush has been a family friend of the Bin Laudens all his adult life. Think about that for a minute.
