We know that North Korea tested delivery vehicles during Bush's watch that ARE capable of landing Nukes on the West Coast of the USA.

What's so damn funny is you Canadians opted out of Bush's missile defense shield. Can't blame Bush if he saved his defense system for only defending the US....
