Frist is calling the bluff of the McCain criminals (and Harry is peeved at his OWN assholes in that faction).

Doesn't matter. Ralph Neas will veto any and all nominees and the Republicans will have to grind him back into shit to get a nominee across.

I like the idea of revolving recess appointments: Put three in and then revolve them between those seats for the duration.

We might see the crime of Roe v Wade shoved right up the rutting PIGS' asses...
