I heard that Rove had Dubya practice at least 4 days to "get the expressions right" An excellent investment in time. I only saw that cute little smirk come out briefly three times or so. According to CNN, the military audience was told not to overdue the applause. The Administration didn't want to be accused of using the military as a back drop. ... which they were. They certainly didn't overdo the applause. I even saw a few that wouldn't applaud. jttmab
