We had surveillance cameras in the NK nuke plant under Clinton

There is more than one nuke plant in North Korea, and even if we had cameras in them all we didn't have any cameras at the location where they had the centrifuges that they were using to enrich uranium. If your looking very carefully 24/7 at the wrong place you will not see what you need to see.
