HGR's ratios are attractive but there's little revenue growth or reduction of debt over the last few years.

I'm afraid I don't know enough about the insurance reimbursement field, particularly Linkia (http://www.linkia.com/) which HGR is citing as a major reason to expect improvement, to make a call on this one.
