Re shooting looters. Nadine, May not have been necessary if we had anticipated the problem and had more troops. But that is all beating a dead horse on my part. What is important is where we are now. Concentrating on past mistakes is not productive. How do we win or have the best possible outcome for US FP and Iraq from here on. I have to accept that bush admin guys are running and will continue to run the show and i have to hope they do a better job going forward. Anyway I am going to try to restrict my comments on iraq and bush admin policy on iraq and hope for the best. Right now as you know, i do not think it is going well. Man do i want to be proved wrong as i agree that we need a good outcome there for WOT reasons apart from specific iraq reasons. Mike
