Given the liberals' endless drumbeat against the War on Terror -- Iraq theater -- and their preoccupation with indicting America, the Bush administration and the military for our treatment of prisoners in Gitmo and elsewhere, it's just a little silly that they would take umbrage with Karl Rove's "controversial" remarks.

The Saudis claim to have huge oil reserves. Do they really?

The Opinion in that article was no. The title was my first clue.

If it is accurate, it could be a cause of great consternation among the Saudi royal family. Since their economy is based on exploiting a non-renewable resource, their house of card sis coming down eventually.
